Marketing

Coco-de-ville by Amarantetrf was founded with a focus to luxury honey moon safaris, to compliment our well established camping safaris. Our budget safaris joint ventures and other selected collaborators have been operational for over 25 years – thus giving us leading attributes in this line. It is not only fun for Amarante’s safari designing squad to arrange Trekking and Climbing programs, but more satisfying is that Mt Kenya and Mt. Kilimanjaro trekking and walking safaris have become supreme top hits.

To efficiently run our safari programs, Coco-de-ville by Amarantetrf Safari & Tour Designers have located their marketing offices in Sweden and an operations hub in Kenya. This way, we have an understanding of our clients market demand and at the same time, we keep abreast with current status; new developments in our safari destination markets. Recently, we opened an office in Diani Beach, along the Kenyan Southern Coast line to take care of the overwhelming and upcoming demand on water sports safaris Our Nairobi and Diani Beach offices in Kenya take care of all ground work from the time clients arrive in the country to the time they depart. These offices are manned by very experienced locals, all of whom have more than 20 years of experience in the business. Our consultants, in these offices, follow the market trend in relation to the destinations’ political stability, new touristic attractions, cost of living, governing guidelines/revisions, price changes et cetera. One of the major successes, we pride ourselves for, is the ability to offer, our clients, best safari deals through the benefits of owning a locally incorporated company.

Our one-stop African safari shop is also equipped with a car hire department, cottages facilities as well as home stays for the discerning traveler. We continue to, successfully, work with photographers, authors and documentary makers in their ever demanding personalized programs. Newly launched, is a mix of Business and Safari desk to cater for “on-business” group of travelers. All our consultants and founders are career professionals, who work and/or run this business for their passion for travel, photography, documentary making and water sports hobbies.

Extra offers

Coco-de-ville by Amarantetrf Safari and Tour Designers own accommodation facilities in Diani Beach, on the Kenyan Coast. This facility is, first and foremost, reserved for guests booked through Coco-de-ville by Amarantetrf. Occasionally; we use this holiday home for couples who may choose to wed by the Indian Ocean on the Kenyan coast! The complex is also ideal for families with or without kids as well as group of friends wishing to share a special event together. For families, we offer trained child care personnel while parents are having a relaxed time together. With this kind of a “one-time” dream vacation, we find it, of paramount importance, to find solutions for parents with small ones too.

Our approach to business

Trf Safari Sketchers are known for their keenness in gathering dependable and accurate information from clients through questionnaires after each safari. This information is then interpreted and firstly used to identify dissatisfaction from the customer. Each comment is not only analyzed to improve our safaris but also to act as an eye opener to challenges and opportunities. These comments also pave way to creation of new safari adventures.

As a contribution to wildlife preservation, we adhere to the laid down wildlife conservation methods. It is the priority of our ground force at our Nairobi and Diani offices to ensure that information on conservation projects within various communities around the National and Game Reserves are received in our office as and when the Tourism Board Releases are out. To our clients, we stress the importance of low-impact travel as well as show of respect to cultural behaviors and practices of the surrounding communities. Our travel guidelines, availed to all our clients, have addressed the significance of tourism, and as one of the main earners of foreign exchange, wildlife conservation should be given a high priority.

A spectacular experience

Our approach ensures our clients’ presence right in the middle of where the Great Migration of wildlife takes place. All our accommodation providers as well as our campsites are consciously located in the center of the rolling savannah landscape, dotted with patchy shrubs and trees, THE MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE- this is the Kenyan part of the large ecosystem stretching south to Serengeti in Tanzania. As a priority we accommodate our clients in the facilities located either very close to the Migration path or by the view point, thus guaranteeing our clients spectacular views of the rolling plains of the Masai Mara from their Verandahs. Just remember the earlier you book the higher the chances of getting the best view.

The campsite, located on the shores of the Uaso Nyiro River in the middle Masai Mara National Reserve offer sightings of bathing crocodiles as well as Hippos and Elephants not so far away from the camp site.
